BOOKING INFORMATION
PHOTOSHOOT RATES
I charge a flat photo shoot fee of $300, as well as offer professionally retouched edits at $12 per photo. To secure a date, a deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking/scheduling your shoot and the remaining balance of $150 will be due the date of the photo shoot.
Proofs will be sent within 72 business hours of the photo shoot for you to view and select your choice of edits. All images will be watermarked until they have been purchased. Photos can also be purchased for $2 per photo, if editing is not wanted/needed, at which point the Ted Wimbush watermark will be removed.
Once you have selected your proofs, you will receive your final invoice and edits will be completed within 10 business days of invoice confirmation/payment.
*** My new home-based photography studio is now available for shoots and costs only an additional $50 for 2 hours. It includes a seamless backdrop studio with a pool and a vanity room for touch-ups and styling. This eliminates the expense of an Airbnb, Peerspace, or location rental. The studio reservation deposit is payable at the time of booking. If you would like to create a distinct environment other than my in-home studio, I recommend renting an Airbnb, Vrbo, Peerspace, or shooting in the comfort of your own home!***

FAQ
How will I receive my final pictures?
You will receive an email with a link to a dropbox folder where you will be able to download your images.
How long will I have access to select raw images for editing?
All raw images will be available for purchase up to 30 days after your photoshoot.
What happens if I have to reschedule/cancel my photoshoot for a personal reason or an emergency?
Upon cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduling the photo shoot within 30 days of the original booking date. Also, there is a 30 minute grace period for arriving to your shoot in a timely manner. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your session, your shoot will immediately be rescheduled for a later date. This allows us to have the time we need to have a successful shoot and for me to deliver the quality you deserve as my client.
Are hair and make up provided?
Hair and make up are not provided, but I do have multiple recommendations of local make up artists that I have had the opportunity to work with.
